The founder
I built companies, led teams and experienced external success. I co-founded Miinto and spent years operating in demanding business environments.
But achievement did not protect me from my own destructive decisions. I saw the distance between what I had built and the man I was becoming.
There came a point where I could no longer explain away that gap.
The rebuild
There was nowhere left to hide.
Rebuilding was not a new strategy. It was keeping promises, facing uncomfortable truths and choosing principle over emotion — repeatedly, especially when nobody was watching.
The work today

Today I work privately with founders, CEOs and executives who are capable of building extraordinary things — and ready to examine the man behind them.
